Shanghai Harbour Tour
Today we took a tour to the harbour of Shanghai at the east-coast. We took the bus over a very long bridge (one of the longest in the world) and landed on a (almost) lonely island, being surrounded by fog and rain, only having ourselves. Although the weather was really bad, I especially enjoyed the melancholic, lonely atmosphere. So I suggest you just relax and imagine being at this place when looking at the pictures (that’s why most have numbers instead of titles).
This is the Harbour City, which was built during the last four years. It is completely designed by architects. In the middle there is a artificial sweet-water sea (one of the biggest in the world) and around it are ring-shaped housing areas. Many of the buildings are already finished, but few people seem to live there.
In the bus…
I hope you enjoyed the pictures and also noticed a few of my macro-shots (close-up images), which I try to take today.
